Premier Limousine is here to assist with all your airport transportation needs. Whether departing for a trip or returning home, we ensure your ride is handled smoothly. For airport pickups, there is a 90-minute window from the time your flight lands to your meeting with the driver. If the pickup is not completed within this window, it will be canceled, and the client will still be billed for the time.
For all other pickups, an agreed-upon time and location will be arranged with your driver. Your driver will be waiting at the scheduled location, and if they are not there, call Premier Limousine immediately so we can contact them and resolve the issue promptly.

The best way to ensure a smooth airport ride is to stay in touch with your Premier Limousine driver if your flight schedule changes. If your flight is canceled, delayed, or diverted, please call us immediately to let us know.
Premier Limousine monitors flight status through multiple tracking websites. If we notice a change to your flight, we will contact you directly to adjust your pickup time as needed. Minor delays typically do not require rescheduling, as we do not charge for the first hour after your flight lands.
